I was going to shutup for today but one more thought before "chores"...
I keep finding lots of good material here in the forums; in particular in the two folders at bottom of the folder list in the category Teaching.

Here's the one I found today, from Processors here; under the Rubrik "Programming Aids" are some help pages on 2d and 3d math -- just what someone like me needs!
