The Base Lander link on the Software tab spawns nothing but a barrage or advertising pop-ups, but no window that has anything to do with P5.

the software links on that list are direct to other peoples' websites; none of them are stored or maintained by the p5 team, so it's up to the original owner to look after the applet. there should probably be a quick word or two above that list, to tell people that.
