error: could not start EventLogger

I get this whenever I export to web, but applet gets produced anyway. File dialog doesn't appear tho. Nothing in stderr. Also installed on another XP machine, which doesn't give me the error window.  
Just curious what it's trying to log, and if it matters.  
0068 alpha, XP (error machine has latest Quicktime, other has older version)
