aua, open menu runs off bottom of desktop...
« on: Jan 29th, 2004, 11:31pm »

...but not onto desk (where I could still read it).

My open menu is so long that I can no longer open some sketches.

alpha 0067, Linux, KDE 3.1.4

[I've actually reclassified this as a feature, as it forced me to rearrange things into a couple folders and to throw out empty sketches, etc.]

hm, not much we can do here since we're at the mercy of the os (mac and windows scroll), though you can put your sketches in subfolders and that will get things under control.

A related problem:
I too was recently forced to organize my sketchbook folder due to the number of sketches I'd accumulated. My problem was: when scrolling down the list there was no problem, just keep clicking the down arrow, however, when scrolling up if you click too fast (normal clicking speed) the whole open menu would close. So you have to click, wait, click, wait, click, etc. It's not a big deal once you figure out you can organize your sketches but I thought I'd post it anyway.
