error with video and code folder

I am having problems with programs using video if I try to add a code folder into the sketch folder (to add sonia capabilities) I know someone else that has the same exact problem, also running the windows xp version. the program runs well without the code folder in there but as soon as I put the code folder in there, even if its empty, it gives me this error:
java.lang.UnsitisfiedLinkError: no QTJava in java library path
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1403)
at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:78
at java.lang.System.loadLibrary(System.java:832)
