auto export to web option

I think it would be awesome if you could click export, and instead of saving to your hd, p5 connected to a server via ftp and saved your export to a directory of your choice. It would be lovely not having to upload everything individually each time I finished a project.

Hi Matt, Have you considered ftp mirroring? I use a script that mirrors my applets to my webserver automagically. I for one would prefer to see Ben, Casey, et al spend their time further developing the core functionality of P5 than adding an export to webserver feature. steve

at some point it'd be nice to have it, particularly for classroom use. however, as steve points out, we don't have time to do it.. so to get around this, the next release of processing will have a "tools" menu that includes plug-in tools that can be developed by anyone. so for instance, one such tool might be an uploader as you describe (other tools will be things like a better "beautify" or sketch archiving options).
