More Responsive text area

Hey all, just dl'd P5 yesterday and I am having a great time.
Anyway, it seems like the text area is really unresponsive when it gets a lot of values. Coming from Director, I found the message window extremely useful for debugging, but in P5 I can't use it much because it clogs up the system, and generally forces me to ctrl+alt+del the app. Is this just my machine? Or are you guys that good that you don't debug??

I've had this problem as well. We've recently switched to new code for the console area and it caused this problem. For now, try and spit out data at a moderate rate. We'll try and get this taken care of.
