Exporting .jar from Eclipse

I have a problem exporting a jar from Exclipse. Once I export it, I try to run it by clicking on it twice and I get an error msg: "Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from C:\eclipse\workspace\Ball\ball.jar"
I simply want to put my program on a web page. I tried the applet option in Dreamweaver and loaded the .class file, but when I run it, the applet wouldn't load. When I run it in Eclipse it works.
Any ideas?
