multiple app windows?

so,
have found out how to package p5 sketches as application under macos x. next i am wondering if it is possible to run two app windows in this context, i.e. a large image output window, and smaller window for control/user input. basically looking to build a performance interface for my sketch. any pointers?
your help in this matter is much appreciated.

And it is handy, although setting up two sketches to run concurrently would be more flexible.. any other pointers?
apart from learning more java of course.
