as some of you may know i run hippocamp ( http://hippocamp.net ) here in manchester, uk.
we've just been offered a monthly event at the green room in the city centre ( http://www.greenroomarts.org/ ).
i'm after anyone who'd be willing to come down and showcase their visual work, we're aiming for something a bit extra than a load of musicians sitting behind a laptop and would love some visuals that don't look like a winamp plugin. i'll be using my own processing code for at least some of the night but it'd be nice to meet up with anyone else local.
as well as making the effort with the visuals i'll be encouraging full live setups music-wise from our own roster of musicians and any guests.

confirmed dates so far are:
Wed 16 Feb
Wed 16 March
Wed 20 April
in addition to this regular night i may organise an event to showcase any installation/performance work in the northwest at the same venue which has good facilities and friendly staff.

this sounds great! i may well be up for this in the future, earliest i could do it would be the april date though unfortunately. please keep me updated with your plans for this night as it sounds right up my street
