That's pretty funny indeed. It works pretty great too... Behold the effects of zombifying, a whole city is zombifyed in less than a minute!

Found v2.2.  A little more AI for the humans.  Now you can watch the panic spread.

If I skimmed this code properly... it uses getPixel for the 'sight' of the zombies. This is something I've been wanting to experiment with for quite some time -- has anyone else fiddled with this technique?
