This is a pretty small variation on the code of my previous sketches, but the outcome is quite different. (This is just one of the things I love about proce55ing... I think the sketchpad for ideas is a great idea).
Anyway, one of the most interesting aspects of this sketch comes from a bug in my fading algorithm, but I really like the outcome.
I probably need to tweak the code to get the performance issues worked out... I have a feeling that this doesn't work quite as well on lower-end machines. Let me know how this works on slower machines if you peek at this one! (also... the code is ugly, with classes that probably don't really need to be there)
