lines not being pushed down the Z-axis
« on: Jul 29th, 2003, 5:16pm »

hi,

i have a feeling this might have been reported before, i tried my best with the search engine but did not find anything

The Error:
anyway, I am drawing alot of boxes scattered around a 3D space, and then connecting the boxes with lines (line(x, y, z)). For some reason nomatter matter the Z-axis, the lines are ALWAYS drawn on top of the boxes!

hearing rumours about alpha drawing of lines being implemented for 0057, I am guessing maybe the line-drawing method is being recoded?... will hiding behind objects like Boxes and Spheres be a feature in the future?

Cheers,

Mikkel

yup, this is an oldie, but will be fixed soon.

we may release 57 without the new graphics stuff, so it may be in 58. either way, it'll be fixed soon.
