keys + mouse in present mode

dunno if this is a bug or a suggestion
(In win) you cannot interact with the running code in the Present format (except mouseX+mouseY)
That is, clicking exits and keypresses simply type into the code window.
It would be nice to be able to interact with that mode as it is a great way to display stuff live.

if that's the case, that sounds like a bug. i've added it to the list and will try to look into it soon.
