0048: minor display bugs

- Cursor in sketchbook text edit area disappears.

- While clicking and dragging the scrollbar, the bar occasionally disappears until the mouse button is released. Screen refresh artifacts are noticeable on the sides of the scrollbar while scrolling up and down.

System: Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2 (5.00.2195), 196MB RAM, 500MHz Celeron

Java:

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_01-b01)

hopefully the cursor thing is fixed in 49..

i've added the refresh issues to the todo list. thanks for the report.
