scroll wheel in 0047.

the scroll wheel on my mouse doesn't seem to be working in the text editing area. the wheel worked fine with the previous versions.
is anyone else having this problem?

yep, it's disabled. it'll be back in 48. (available soon, hopefully)
also mentioned in readme.txt under 'known bugs', but that thing is getting long..
