Where to start
Sir, I am willing to contribute to procesing. But am not sure where to start. I have a good experience in java and have done some work in processing. I have cloned the repository and built it. Which files should i read to get familiar with things.

All files? Understand the global structure. How the app is separated from the core and the libraries.
It depends if you want to contribute to the PDE itself (the Processing environment) or the language.
I suggest to take a look at the Issues in GitHub, there is some work to do...
Thanx PliLo , can u please tell me that to import the project in eclipse should i import the folder processing-master\build\windows\ (i am using windows) or the folder processing-master\ as while importing processing-master it gives an error as same named projects exist in build\windows\work\modes\java\libraries\ and processing-master\java\libraries\
