Basic data visualization help needed - will pay

I have a simple excel spreadsheet that shows the number of cases of an infectious disease in 100 villages (rows) over 10 years (columns). I'd like help creating a basic time-lapse visualization of how the number of cases in these 100 villages changes over time. I'd like to be able to upload different excel sheets into the visualization to update the data in the future.

Additionally, each village has 5-10 separate columns indicating relevant characteristics (e.g. population of village). In a visualization, you should be able to mouse over a village and have this info pop up in a text bubble.

Hopefully this shouldn't be more than a day or two's work - happy to pay a good rate. It's pretty basic, but we do have some time pressure (next few days). Anyone interested?

Use the Table class. Very good for excel.
