ControlP5 and graphing; any additional labeling, ticks, etc.? X-Y Plotting?

edited May 2014 in Library Questions

The ControlP5 library is great, but I'm wondering if I'm missing some details on it, or if I should be using something different.

I'm interested in doing some plotting of data from an Arduino, and I've got a working example going. ControlP5 allows me to do an 'oscilloscope' type of plot, but what if one wanted to do X-Y plotting? Also, ControlP5 doesn't seem to have tick marks, etc.

What is great about ControlP5 is the buttons/dropdowns and the like; perhaps use http://www.gwoptics.org/processing/gwoptics_p5lib/ plus ControlP5?

  • Hi, I'd recommend to go for a combination of libraries, gwoptics and controlP5, like you suggest.
