Zoho is down (again)

So I have a bit of time to spend here... :)

And we really need to migrate someday!

But first, let's find the right plugins to install on this one.
Among needs I saw:
- Something to allow the users to choose their date / time formatting. Something available out of the box in PHPBB, not here (saw some confusing threads).
- A split / merge plugin will be useful for moderators. I saw it exists, mentioned in some threads.
- A source code plugin. Perhaps the one at http://vanillaforums.org/addon/googlecodeprettify-plugin
- A better HTML editor. This one is OK, but lacking a button to insert code, and generating, sometime, HTML 1.0 code (the <font> tag is so deprecated for so long!)
- Perhaps something allowing to reply to one comment, showing reference to the replied entry. Mmm, and allowing to quote part of a comment too.
- Avatars, indicators of activity for a user, such little nice things.
- Should we allow to upload files? At least images? Perhaps text files with an option to see them inline?

    Still down, no longer showing a repair page, but even a 404 page!
    Even the https://forums.zoho.com/zoho-discussions page is blank...
