Hello friends!

Is there an equivalent Arduino command PulseIn( ) in Processing? I want to count ms between HIGH and LOW.

I don't know what PulseIn() does, and I am not sure to understand your description, but maybe millis() can help you.

PulseIn( ) is an Arduino command language that reads a pulse (either HIGH or LOW) on a pin and r eturns the length of the pulse in microseconds. Is there an equivalent command in Processing language?

You probably want to take a look at the Serial library -- http://www.processing.org/reference/libraries/serial/index.html
