loadStrings with full local path?

I don't want to have many versions of datafiles , and would like to read from one file path instead of sketch data folder

How I loadStrings() from a local full path name?

not much different.
for example :

lines = loadStrings("C:/Processing/Processing Sketchbook/ball/log.txt");
