not as far as i know. but you can convert most of the pdf vector graphics to svgs using some vectortools like illustrator. they can be loaded into processing using loadShape();

I do something like this for the text of a pdf.  I use xpdf to covert the pdf to a text file.  I then open it like a normal text file.  I have Processing execute the pdftotext.exe and then read in the converted file.

PDFClown http://www.stefanochizzolini.it/en/projects/clown/ is a great library to read, write and process pdf files. However, it can be a bit of work to wrap your head around and you'll only want to use this from within eclipse. (it'll be a pain to use from within the  processing ide).

So if xpdf suits your needs it'll be definitely the easier choice.
