Visualizing music

Hello!
I'm using Ableton Live for audio and I'm interested in generative visuals. I've found an online project for Processing with Supercollider (audio) at

I've also found a post here for using Processing to prduce visals from an MP3

Also, someone using processing to send Rythms to Ableton.

However, I'm interested in producing visualizations with Ableton Live, not with a rendered .mp3 file, but while I'm creating music in Live, on the fly (so to speak).
Has anyone heard of a project with this goal in mind?
Any advice, information is appreciated. Thanks!
