(OTF) font type - Condensed Problem

Hey. I have a problem with an (OTF) font type. I try to use loadFont() or createFont() to display the Akzidenz Grotesk Condensed and in the font builder don't display it condensed as it is in the Mac Font-Collection or any other program.
