Quicktime Error

Allright, I've used this successfully before, but just got a new laptop, installed everything clean, and its fubar.
Windows 7 64-bit
Installed Processing (unzipped folder)
Installed QuickTime 7
Got the error "could not find quicktime", remembered the next step below
Installed WinVDIG 1.01
now at this point it has everything my other laptop had, but it still fails, with the error:
UnsatisfiedLinkError: quicktime.QTSession.InitializeQTML(l)S
Which i have never seen before. Processing highlights any line calling Capture() from the video library when handing out that error. However, QTcap runs fine, so WinVDIG is working right.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
