I am Thies from Darmstadt, Germany and I study Psychology. I "try" to write my Masterthesis about HCI.

For this I try to modify the interaction with a multitouch trackpad. I want to test if the gestures are so intuitive like we think they are.

So I need new gestures for any trackpad (Apple Magic Trackpad or Wacom Bamboo Pen&Touch Fun are the Pads I am owning. There is no preference of the System I own OSX, Ubuntu and Windows.).

I hope to find some help. Does anybody know if there is a way to add new gestures for scrolling, zooming or the rotate function?

I figured out some new gestures but I cant program them or even don't know a way how it would be possible to program. ;)

For the experiment I need a program which is showing a 20 megapixel picture and the test person needs to navigate (rotate, scroll and zoom) on this picture and needs to screenshot a part of it.

Perhaps you know a way and can help me with some tips or something else.
