and though I had some kind assistance from
peterkirn, guss and Eric Jordan, I am still having some major issues running the pre-release of processing (0185 ) in Android mode. Incidentally, I was initially trying the 0184 build, which directly references Android, but came across this bug report and fix:
and an alert box entitled "Download Error" stating:
"Could not download Android core.zip"
I have checked my path in processing preferences which is pointing to the SDK. I'm pretty sure the SDK is installed correctly as I have set it up to run with Eclipse and have successfully ran a basic hello world test to my AVD. So all in all, completely stumped. Any ideas anybody? I'm itching to get started with this.
