I'm a beginner in programming and of course in processing

Looking for a way to input text I followed the example of the wiki:
http://wiki.processing.org/w/Typed_input

but I've found that it doesn't work if exported to a browser; in spite of letters it shows the numeric codes

i suppose that it's due to some little diferences between languages but i can't solve it
