Job - Help with particles.

Hi there,
I'm willing to pay someone that can me help me out with the following.
Instead of having a swarm of particles moving to some noise, they should move
to a 'predestined' shape. For example; I could load in vector figure and all the particles
would follow that shape.
The same esthetics as the following example but with a clear shape attracting the swarm.
A letter for example.

Driving noise parameters from an image

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to generate a noise map from the 'black & white' values of an image.
While checking out an exercise of the 'generative-design' book I stumbled onto the following;
creating a swarm of agents where all points are being directed by noise.
To add some control it would be nice if I could somehow predefine this noise from an image source.
