Trying to use an effect on a webcam feed

For school we have to get a dynamic image of ourselves, and i found this code

Now i would like to swap the image with a live webcam feed.
I've been playing around with the:
import codeanticode.gsvideo.*;
GSCapture cam;
but i can't get it to work!
Does anyone has an idea on how to achieve this?
