Our processing program is lagging greatly and we need to see if allocating more ram will solve the problem. Is there any libraries that deal with this?

I know how to create an executable application out of Processing files, but whenever I try to run the executable, the window pops up yet nothing happens. I have attempted this multiple times, changing whether it runs in a window or full screen and have also tried running it on both a flash drive and the local hard drive. Whatever program I export just doesn't seem to run. Any suggestions or help?
