and although it builds properly the program will not open on the phone because of a null pointer error.
interestingly it doesnt pint OOOOPPPPPSSS in the terminal, and my song file is right there in the data folder waiting to get copied over to /assets.
So ive read up a bit on alternate ways to declare the datasource using files stored in res/raw, but i dont know enough to figure out how to set that up easily.
Okay as far as I know i have properly installed the sdk ( ive got 2.3.3 and 3.0 was trying stuff out)
and I am SOOO in android mode
but im currently working on a school project and being quite the try-hard by working on an android app, and it has become time for sound
so literally i have everything ive written so far running great on my phone but now im going through sound work and when typing things like import android.media.SoundPool; it says No library found for android.media. I havnt had to do something like this before in the project. it feels like theres something stupid ive missed but i have spent the last three hours searching. Ergo I beg... alot
