processing.js: feeding .java instead of .pde code?

Processing with Other Languages
Is it possible to convert .java files instead of .pde files using processing.js?
I have become accustomed to using processing in eclipse, but can't find a way to convert the .java files with processing js.
I tried copying the java code in a pde file and stripping some of the code. It compiles and runs in processing, but processing.js can't handle it.
Any advice much appreciated.
