I'm trying to make a sketch that receives push notifications from various social networks. I figured facebook would be the best place to start, but I'm at a loss as to how to actually ping for a notification. I basically want to trigger an event in Processing whenever I get a notification on my Facebook page. Could anyone share some tips? I'm looking to do the same thing for Twitter and Instagram eventually too...
