I am trying to get some text from a controlp5 textfield and compare it against a list of sentences and then display a value as to which sentence number it is, the problem i am facing is that i can't get any text from the textfield, i just can't work out how! I've been through the examples and i still can't get it to work!

I just wanted to know if anyone knows how to output hex code through the serial port instead of the usual ascii, for example, i need to output 02 30 30 35 03 to a serial controlled HDMI switch, please help i have no idea how to do this!

i can't figure out how to get 2 windows to be displayed but for both of them to be displayed in fullscreen (Present mode), 1 on the main computer screen (laptop screen) and 1 on the computers external display, i would like this to be able to display any messages typed into the screen on the main computer on the external display

i don't know where to start as i have no idea even how to make a second window in processing!

please help!

i am using the button grouping thing (I edited the example for Buttons on the processing website!), i thought i could just type 

circle1.noDisplay();

but apparently that does not work, PLEASE HELP ME!

I would like to make an application where i can make a calendar and it will display the calendar on another computer on the LAN (Preferably integrated into iCal but i will develop that at a latter date!). i would also like a system integrated into it where the server (the one with the calendar actually stored on it!) can send a message to the client (the one displaying the calendar) and get the client to display this!

P.S. i would like the calendar on the remote computer to be like a scrolling events system so it scrolls the events slowly with no human input!

i want to be able to combine sketchup models, so for example getting big model (e.g. a house) made up of lots of other smaller models (e.g. an atom). i know this is an incredibly complicated thing to do but i just don't know where to start! please help me!
