Hi. I'm not much of a Processing user (though I've dabbled, and think it's great!).
However, I'm writing a chapter for a book on the use of the Kinect in interactive art projects. As Part of this, I'm including a section which summarises current practive within the most prevalent 'creative environments' used by artists in this area (openFrameworks, Cinder, Max/MSP, PD and of course Processing. However, I've not been able to form a clear idea as to what people are generally doing in Processing. What I've written so far (in the draft) is just:
'There are several Kinect libraries for Processing available, but the first to be introduced (and best-known) is that written by Daniel Shiffman.'
Is that true? Does it make sense? and what other libraries/techniques are people using.
Sorry this is a bit OT, but the article (and indeed book) should be quite worthwhile.
