Detecting and tracking Red, Yellow & Green Color from Webcam

I want to capture a video from my webcam
And track there only Red, Yellow and Green color.
Also i need to draw squares around massives of pixels these colors.
When one of these colors are found the program should print e.g. "Red Color detected"
Could you help me with this?
I'm a new man in Processing
