I am currently helping a friend to create an installation. It is supposed to feature a fridge that plays a certain video (one of seven, depending on other circumstances) as soon as it is opened.
Now I played around a little with the Movie-Library. It doesn't open the video reliably, though, sometimes I only have sound, and it seems very slow.
I read a little and it seems that there are some problems with mac os x and the library (or better: with java and quicktime). Can anybody confirm that? What is the best option to play videos with processing on Snow Leopard?
