i have a project at school involving image processing. We have to "design" a system that will scan postage stamps with a camera and than using an imaginary database of all postage stamps in the world, find the scanned stamp and give the user info about that stamp.
Does something like this exist? Can someone help me start this or at least give me some hints or tips ???
