Hi, we are looking for someone to work on a data visualisation project involving displaying global rainfall values over time in an interactive application. It would be something like this:

The interactivity would involve being able to spin the globe as well being able to adjust a slider which specifies the date. We would like to hear some ideas about how to represent the rainfall data in a creative way but it has to be displayed on a globe.
