while trying to compile a file I got this error. Lost Conection with the device while launching. Try again.

Running zip align on final apk...
Shutting down any existing adb server...

how can I fix this?
I already uploaded the SDK, and have the AVD with the processing.

This happens with any program I try to compile(or run).

I'm no expert on this, but I've been getting this message multiple time in the computer lab where I teach. It seems that I get that same exact error for three reasons:

The computer didn't have the correct OEM USB driver for the Android device
USB debugging wasn't enabled on the Android device
Load apps from "Unknown Sources" wasn't enabled on the Android device

One more possibility that is specific to the Google Nexus 7. I would get that same error message and most (but not all!) of the Nexus 7s we use until I changed the USB computer connection setting to Camera (PTP) rather than the default Media device (MTP) setting. Details here:

Another possibility is that there is an existing copy of the app on the device with different permissions.

(In this case you have to delete the existing version before installing the new one)
