Which kinect library is best?

Hey everyone,

i just bought myself a kinect and i want to use it with processing.
i have found two different libraries for kinect implementation: openKinect and dLibs.
Can someone tell me which one I should opt to learn?
Are there differences in performance and handling?
By the way, I am still using processing version 1.2.1.

I'm looking at this as well. So far, I'm also leaning toward simple-openni because it looks like it focuses more on recognizing gestures and using the kinect as an alternative interface, swipe, pinch, move.. so on. The other libraries appear to focus more on getting the depth data for raw 3d processing of the environment. Could be wrong.. that's just my impression so far.

SimpleOpenNI simplifies OpenNI. Since OpenNI is mantained by PrimeSense (the ones who actually made the kinect sensor) I think it's a very stable choice, I mean, it will be around for a long time and with significant improvements.

i have tried around with SimpleOpenNI and it seems to be just what I need. But I am having a hard time understanding all its functionality. I did not find any documentation or tutorials whatsoever, so how did you, who use this library, learn it?
