Hello,

1) to create a 3d visualisation of a building where the user can "walk around in", and I am going to be given a set of photos of the actual building in real life to overlay onto the virtual building. 

2)the user can click on parts of the building and information about that 'part' will pop up.

I assume this will be an offline thing where the user can download it and load it up, with all the textures loaded in it. 

And for pc if that matters.

I have some experience in coding within processing, but that is as far as my skills reach for now. I am from an architecture background and I have mastered some of the 3d cad software on that side of things (if that is relevant).

The first step of this project requires me to find the best/simplest platform for me to code this visualisation in. Do people have any suggestions as where I might be able to start?
