Some remarks:

this code:

1.     firstNameArray [count ] = table.getString (count, 0 );
2.     surNameArray [count ] = table.getString (count, 1 );
3.     coXArray [count ] = table.getInt (count, 2 );
4.     coYArray [count ] = table.getInt (count, 3 );
5.     locationArray [count ]

looks as if they are 5 parallel arrays.
What I mean by this is that they represent one item (index is count) but represent it in 5 different arrays (firstNameArray etc.). That you can do better.

This calls for a class (Person? or so?) that contains 5 properties.

• firstName
• surName
• coX
• coY
• location

Then you can have an array of objects of this class.

Smaller remarks

• I would put all imports at the very beginning.
• I would put all global vars at the beginning (and not between class TabbingManager<T> { and setup().
• some names of functions are very short: addTo. better say what you add to what.

Thanks for your response! I will try out making a class for those arrays tomorrow, One class named Person, with each individual array within? I will check out that link tomorrow so if the answer is in there dont worry about responding to me.
