Weird processing js problem

Hi, i am having this problem with processing 'javascript' mode in processing 2 beta 7.

Well, in the javascript mode, the code runs fine in chrome when i execute from the processing IDE(using the 'play' button). But, when i click on 'Export Application' and then open the HTML file in chrome, it gives me nothing. #using no libraries, nothing.

I mean its the same thing. :|

I don't recall for Chrome, but some browsers prevent JavaScript from running in an HTML file opened directly from the disk.
Either you allow this, or you open the file via a Web server, be it local (see WAMP, XAMPP or similar stacks) or on a Web site you have access to.

Firefox and Opera still allow executing JavaScript offline from a local file system.
And they even allow running applets from addons like Flash & Java!

I tried opera(updated) as well. Still nothing :(

Have you tried with a simple sketch (eg. one of the Examples)?
Have you tried with a Web server?

Ah, thanks. That made it work! :D

P.s. The reason i was doing this was because i wanted to use Javascript with Pjs. cheers
