hi Lo
"
In 2.0, it has been replaced by something else but I haven't explored it yet."
It offers a
MovieMaker using QuickTime and an instance of
QuickTime
(I think). .. It's still gluing frames.
The thing is, that I would like to do some arduino-work in sync with capturing: Light the scene with a line-laser, move the line-laser and produce a 'click-event' for each 2-3 mm and take the frame-number at the 'tick'.
If I capture and mark the 'movie' at the right 'ticks' .. the only thing needed is looking at the capture again (analyse the marked frames). But it's not saved and exists nowhere.
I can produce the illuminated movie outside processing/arduino .. but without any syncronized interaction with arduino.
In looking at video/capture options I did find a way to implement a 3d scanner without the interaction .. one that utilizes my force: frame-analysis, So, I should probably ditch my mechanical work and arduiono.
oh well
