using Jung/prefuse in processing

Does anyone get any ideas to use these libraries in processing?

we can only use their data structure? have to draw the data still in processing methods?

Does anyone have used prefuse in processing? There are really many visualization methods and layout in prefuse which are great, like the treeView, treeGraph...

I'm wondering is there anyone has ever tried to do that?

I tried some of this a while back with JGraphT, JUNG and Gephi. It worked good. :)

Thanks very much for your reply. Well, Jung is also a very good library. Did you use the different layouts from JUNG and draw them using Processing?

I didn't get to use JUNG for the layout. I had used Traer's physics library for Processing, but I had used JUNG for shortest path and stuff. I was doing 3D at the time and I don't thing JUNG has many layouts for that.

Right now I'm playing with fvlib, which has a pretty nice layout using verlet physics - super fast.
