Sorry, no idea why you cannot access it. But curious on what the reason could be. Any confirmation from other Koreans?

So tillnm, I found an ISP where it loads fully tout suite. Still no clue why it doesnt work in my local coffee shop or at home. I'll check later but I reckon we share the same ISP and therein the problem lies.

if anyone else happens to have any problems this is the successful telecom i am using at coffee smith at Gangnam station. your library is just plain excellent and i am sure there are numerous Koreans using it successfully.

while I have you online tillnm, I have a question for you.

Is there a way to call-out a certain region of the map where mouse events like zooming 
and panning are inactived? I am making a transparent GUI console that overlays the map. 
I have a number of sliders and buttons in this console and would like to click them 
without performing a zoom of pan operation on the rest of the map. I am digging around
in the API right now, but if you had a suggestion off the top of your head about how 
this should be done, it would be much appreciated.

Weird. But good to hear you managed to access it.

Regarding your question: Unfolding does not support having some non-interactive area, out of the box. The simplest would be to just not create the default event dispatcher, and pan, drag etc the map yourself. As a basic example:
