I think it means it doesn't find lifetime_web.pde because of invalid path, or something like that.
BTW, PJS questions must go to Processing Implementations section.

For future reference, the issue here was that the web server was not allowing access to the .pde mime/type. If you're web server does not let you change the mime/types (such as with some virtual hosting providers) you can change the .pde file to .txt and then change the reference to the file in the exported .html from processing to a .txt as well.

If you are using a web server running IIS it will block unknown mime types by default. you have to add the mimetype for pjs and pde and then you are good to go. Apache allows anything by default so you dont typically have this problem on Apache.

If you don't have direct access to the IIS management console (above is IIS 7.5) then you may have to contact your hosting provider. There are also ways to add the mime types in the web.config file of an asp.net website if your hosting is asp.net based.
